1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Fiat2Fiat LLC’s money transfer services. These terms of Use (“”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “the Client”) and Fiat2Fiat LLC (“Fiat2Fiat,” “we,” or “the Company”). By registering for an account or using any Fiat2Fiat services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these , as well as our Privacy Policy (incorporated here by reference). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Fiat2Fiat LLC is a company incorporated under the laws of Canada and is registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC). (MSB Registration No. 1234567 – placeholder) . Our MSB status authorizes us to provide currency transfer and exchange services. Please note that while we are a licensed MSB, we are not a bank, and we do not offer deposit accounts or any form of banking insurance coverage (your funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation or other deposit insurers) . All client funds in transit are handled in accordance with our regulatory obligations and through our banking partners.

By using our service, you also represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 years in most countries), and that you are using Fiat2Fiat for legitimate, lawful purposes.

2. Services Covered

Fiat2Fiat provides international fiat currency transfer services, which may include the buying, selling, and exchanging of supported currencies. Our platform currently supports transfers involving the following currencies:

​•​British Pound Sterling (GBP)

​•​Euro (EUR)

​•​Canadian Dollar (CAD)

​•​Armenian Dram (AMD)

​•​Tether (USDT) – a U.S. Dollar-pegged stablecoin cryptocurrency.

We facilitate both the sending and receiving of funds in these currencies, as well as currency conversion between them as needed for a transfer. Common use cases for our service include personal remittances — for example, a user in Canada might send CAD which Fiat2Fiat converts to Indian Rupees (INR) for payout to a recipient in India, or a user in the UAE might send AED converted to Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to a recipient in Pakistan. Fiat2Fiat specializes in such cross-currency, cross-border transfers, ensuring competitive exchange rates and rapid delivery to the destination bank or wallet.

Service Availability: Our services are available to clients worldwide except in certain restricted jurisdictions. We comply with international sanctions and embargoes; thus, we cannot serve individuals or entities on sanction lists, or those residing in countries embargoed by Canada, the U.S., or other applicable authorities. By using Fiat2Fiat, you confirm that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national/resident of any prohibited country or on any government watchlist.

We reserve the right to modify the list of currencies or countries we support at any time, for example due to regulatory changes or partner bank availability. Such changes will be communicated via our website or app.

3. User Registration and Account Security

To use Fiat2Fiat, you must create an account and provide accurate identifying information. You agree to:

​•​Complete all required registration steps, providing current, truthful, and complete information about yourself (including your legal name, address, date of birth, contact details, etc.). Using aliases or false information is strictly prohibited.

​•​Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details (username, password, and any two-factor authentication devices or codes). Do not share access to your account with anyone.

​•​Immediately notify us at security@[Fiat2Fiat].com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, except those resulting from Fiat2Fiat’s own negligence or breach.

Fiat2Fiat may reject a new registration or terminate an existing account if we discover information that raises compliance or security concerns, or if you fail to meet our eligibility criteria.

4. Compliance with KYC/AML Requirements

Because we operate in a regulated industry, you agree to comply with all Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements we impose. This means:

​•​Identity Verification: You must provide us with certain personal information and documents (such as copies of government ID, proof of address, selfies for identity verification, etc.) during signup or prior to your first transfer. We may also require additional verification at any time (for instance, if your transaction volume increases or if required to re-confirm your identity periodically).

​•​Accurate Information: All information and documents you provide must be genuine, accurate, and up-to-date. If any of your personal details change (e.g., new address or expired ID), you must promptly update your Fiat2Fiat account or notify us.

​•​Source of Funds: We reserve the right to ask you about the source of the funds you are sending or the purpose of a transfer. You agree to provide truthful information in response. This is to ensure compliance with laws and to prevent illicit use of our service.

​•​Compliance Screening: You acknowledge that Fiat2Fiat will screen your information against sanction lists and may monitor your transactions for suspicious activities. Transactions may be paused while additional due diligence is conducted if something triggers an alert (for example, sending a large amount inconsistent with your profile, or a name match to a sanctions list). This is part of our legal obligations to detect and prevent financial crime .

​•​Transaction Limits: We may impose certain limits on transactions (daily, monthly, per-transfer limits, etc.) based on regulatory requirements or internal policies. These may vary depending on your verification status and jurisdiction. We will inform you of any such limits in the app or website interface. Attempting to circumvent these limits (e.g., by creating multiple accounts) is a violation of these .

If you do not comply with our KYC/AML procedures or if your identity cannot be verified satisfactorily, we cannot provide services to you. Any suspicious activity or false information may lead to account suspension, reporting to authorities, and potential confiscation of funds per applicable law. Fiat2Fiat is not liable for any losses arising from compliance delays or account restrictions due to regulatory requirements, as these measures are mandated by law for all MSBs.

5. Making a Transfer (Transaction )

When you initiate a money transfer through Fiat2Fiat, the followingtermsand process apply:

​•​Funding Your Transfer: You must pay the principal amount of the transfer (and any applicable fees) to Fiat2Fiat before we execute the transfer. Payment must be made in one of the supported currencies or methods (e.g., bank transfer, debit/credit card, or in some cases, cryptocurrency such as USDT). Fiat2Fiat will provide you with payment instructions or will charge your selected payment method at the time of the transaction request.

​•​Exchange Rates and Fees: If your sending currency is different from the recipient’s currency, a currency exchange will occur. We will display the exchange rate applicable to your transaction before you confirm it. Any service fee or commission will also be disclosed upfront. By confirming the transaction, you agree to the converted amount the recipient will receive and any fees. We do not hide fees in the exchange rate; the rate shown is the effective rate including our margin.

​•​Transaction Execution: After you submit a transfer request and payment is received, Fiat2Fiat will process and forward the funds to your designated recipient. We use a network of banking partners, payment processors, and sometimes cryptocurrency networks (for USDT) to complete transactions. The recipient may receive the funds via bank deposit, cash pickup, mobile wallet, or another method offered, depending on destination country and your choice.

​•​Estimated Delivery Times: Fiat2Fiat prides itself on fast transfers. Most transactions are completed within minutes. In fact, we guarantee that if a transfer is not delivered to the recipient within 30 minutes of your payment and order confirmation, you have the right to a refund as described in Section 6 below. Typical delivery times per corridor are provided on our website (e.g., transfers to India or Pakistan typically under 5 minutes if all details are correct, though times can vary). Please note that external factors (bank cut-off times, holidays, system outages, additional verification needs) might occasionally cause delays.

You are responsible for providing accurate recipient details (beneficiary name matching their bank account, correct account or wallet numbers, bank routing details, etc.). Fiat2Fiat is not liable for losses due to your input errors – however, if you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately. We may be able to cancel or recall a transaction if it has not yet been completed.

All transactions are subject to anti-fraud and compliance checks. We reserve the right to refuse or hold a transfer at any stage if required to comply with law or if we suspect the transfer may be unlawful or fraudulent. In such cases, we will inform you (unless legally prohibited) and, if the transfer is ultimately canceled by us, refund your money.

6. 30-Minute Service Guarantee and Refund Rights

Fiat2Fiat offers a service guarantee for your peace of mind: if your money transfer is not delivered to the intended recipient within 30 minutes from the time you paid and confirmed the transaction, you as the sender have the right to cancel the transfer and receive a full refund, or if you prefer, to continue waiting for completion. In other words, after 30 minutes of an undelivered transfer, the choice is yours – instant refund or extra patience.

​•​This 30-minute guarantee applies provided that the delay is not due to your own action or inaction (for example, if we requested additional ID verification or correct beneficiary details from you and you have not provided it, the timer pauses until you do so). It also does not apply in cases of force majeure (events outside our control such as major banking system outages, power failures, etc., which make it impossible to process the transfer on time – see Section 11).

​•​How to Exercise: If 30 minutes have elapsed and you have not received confirmation of delivery, you may contact our support team (via app or support line) to either cancel the transaction for a refund or confirm you are willing to wait longer. Upon your cancellation request within a reasonable time after the 30 minutes, we will cancel the transfer (if it hasn’t completed in the meantime) and initiate a full refund of the amount you paid, including any feesterms. If the transfer later completes after you have requested a refund (which should not happen since we will attempt to halt it), you agree that the funds delivered to the recipient then become Fiat2Fiat’s property (since we refunded you) and may be recovered by Fiat2Fiat.

​•​If you choose to wait beyond 30 minutes, you still retain the right to cancel and refund until the moment the funds are delivered or irrevocably committed to the recipient. However, once the transfer is marked as “Completed” (funds delivered to the beneficiary’s account or wallet), no cancellation or refund is possible because the service has been fully rendered.

This guarantee underscores our commitment to quick service. It is modeled after consumer protection principles that give remittance senders a short window to cancel if the money hasn’t been received . Please note that certain payment methods (like credit card funded transfers) may incur a reversal to your card which can take a few days to show on your statement, but rest assured we will process it on our end promptly.

Aside from the 30-minute guarantee, you are also entitled to refunds in other scenarios as described in our Refund Policy (see “Refund Policy” below and Section 10 of these ).

7. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using Fiat2Fiat’s services, you agree that you will NOT:

​•​Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or transmit funds that are derived from illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, trafficking, or any activity that violates local or international laws. You also agree not to use our service to fund any illegal or prohibited activities .

​•​Violate any sanctions or export laws. For example, you may not send or receive funds on behalf of individuals or entities that are subject to economic sanctions (UN, OFAC, EU, etc.), and you may not use Fiat2Fiat to send money to or from countries that are embargoed or blacklisted.

​•​Provide false information or impersonate any person or entity. The name on your Fiat2Fiat account and the funding source must match your true identity. You may not create multiple accounts for deceitful purposes or misuse our identity verification process.

​•​Attempt to circumvent any security or technological measures on our platform. This includes not interfering with our website or mobile app through hacking, malware, automated data scraping, or any form of abuse that could impair the service or compromise user data. You also must not upload or transmit any harmful code or do anything that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

​•​Use the service for purposes other than personal or legitimate business transfers. For example, you should not use Fiat2Fiat as a general-purpose cryptocurrency exchange or in a manner akin to a bank account (holding balances for extended periods). Activities like gambling payments, ransomware payments, or any use that we have banned in our Acceptable Use guidelines (available on our website) are prohibited.

​•​Engage in any activity that could harm Fiat2Fiat’s reputation or that of our partners. This includes fraudulent chargebacks on your transactions, posting false or misleading information about our services, or harassing our employees or other users .

We reserve the right to monitor transactions and account activity for compliance with these rules. If we suspect any violation, we may take action including cancelling transactions, freezing funds, closing your account, and/or reporting to law enforcement or regulators as appropriate.

You agree to indemnify and hold Fiat2Fiat harmless from any losses, liabilities, or damages arising out of your breach of thesetermsor misuse of the service. This means if your actions (for example, using our service for fraud or sending illegal funds) cause us harm or legal trouble, you may be responsible for costs and penalties.

8. Fees and Pricing

Using Fiat2Fiat may incur fees, which we strive to keep transparent and fair. Our fee structure and exchange rate policies are as follows:

​•​Transfer Fees: A transfer fee may be charged per transaction, either as a flat fee or percentage, depending on the currency corridor and payment method. All fees will be disclosed to you in advance before you confirm a transaction. We will not hide fees by inflating exchange rates; any exchange margin we charge is either built into the rate shown or listed separately.

​•​Currency Exchange Rates: We provide a real-time exchange rate at the moment of transaction. Once you confirm a transaction, that rate is locked in for that transfer. If for some reason the transaction is delayed beyond a reasonable time and we offer to refund you, the refund will be for the full amount in your original currency (so you are not exposed to exchange rate fluctuations for a service failure).

​•​Other Charges: Fiat2Fiat does not charge monthly account fees or any subscription. However, if you use certain payment methods, there might be third-party charges (for example, your credit card issuer might treat a transfer as a cash advance or charge interest; a sending bank might charge a wire fee). Any such external charges are outside Fiat2Fiat’s control and are your responsibility. We recommend using low-cost methods like bank transfers when available.

​•​Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change our fees or add new fees in the future. If we do, we will update our fee schedule on our website and, for significant changes, provide notice to active users. Any fee change will only apply to transactions initiated after the effective date of the change.

Our goal is to remain competitively priced and provide superior service at low cost. If you have questions about a fee or rate applied to your transaction, please contact our support for clarification.

9. Transaction Disclaimers and Limitations

While Fiat2Fiat works hard to provide fast and reliable service, you acknowledge the following:

​•​No Guaranteed Delivery Time: Except for the 30-minute refund guarantee described above, Fiat2Fiat does not absolutely guarantee that a transfer will arrive by a certain time. The 30-minute window is a threshold for your refund right, but if you opt to continue with a delayed transfer, the actual completion time may vary. External factors outside our control (bank operating hours, differing time zones, recipient bank processing times) may cause delays. We are not liable for delays or failures in transmission due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure below).

​•​Reliance on Third Parties: We rely on a network of banks, payment processors, and in some cases blockchain networks to execute transfers. Once we transmit a payment instruction to a partner bank or to a crypto network, certain aspects are out of our hands. For instance, if the recipient’s bank account is closed or the blockchain is congested, there might be a failure or delay. Fiat2Fiat will use diligent efforts to trace and resolve any such issues (and either complete the transfer or refund you), but we cannot accept liability for the ultimate performance of third-party systems we do not control.

​•​Account Accuracy: We will send funds to the account details you provide. If you provide incorrect recipient information (e.g., wrong account number or crypto wallet address) and the funds are delivered incorrectly, we will assist you in attempting to recover the funds, but we may not be able to retrieve them. Funds sent to an unintended recipient might be irrecoverable if that recipient will not return them. Fiat2Fiat is not liable for losses due to erroneous details provided by the user. Always double-check the beneficiary information before confirming a transfer.

​•​No Interest & No Escrow: Fiat2Fiat is not a bank and does not pay interest on any funds held. We typically do not hold your money except as necessary to process transactions. We are not offering escrow or custody services; any funds briefly in our control are solely for completing your requested transfer.

​•​Receipts and Records: We will provide you with a receipt or confirmation for each transaction, accessible in your account history. It is your responsibility to review these records and report any discrepancies or unauthorized transactions to us within a reasonable time. If you believe an error has occurred in your transfer (for example, the recipient received a different amount than expected), you must contact us promptly so we can investigate under our error resolution procedures.

10. Refund Policy

We handle refunds in a user-first manner, aiming to resolve issues quickly and fairly. The key points of our refund policy are:

​•​Transfers Not Completed (Failed or Rejected Transfers): If your transfer cannot be completed for any reason attributable to Fiat2Fiat or our partners (for example, a correspondent bank refused the transaction, or the transfer failed due to a system error), we will notify you and issue a full refund of the amount received from you. The refund will include any fees you were charged for that transfer so that you are made whole.

​•​30-Minute Guarantee Refunds: As noted in Section 6, if your transfer is undelivered after 30 minutes and you request a cancellation, we will refund your full amount and fees. This is a no-questions-asked refund right within that context; however, we will not double-pay (meaning if the transfer somehow completes after we’ve refunded you, you shouldn’t keep both – see Section 6).

​•​Customer-Initiated Cancellations: You may request to cancel a transaction for a refund before it is completed. If you contact us within 30 minutes of payment, you typically have an unconditional right to cancel and get a full refund (assuming the funds haven’t been delivered yet)terms. If more than 30 minutes have passed but the funds have still not been delivered, we will do our best to honor a cancellation request, but once a payment is executed to the recipient, it may be too late. We will inform you if the transaction has reached a point of no return. Generally, if the money has not been picked up by or deposited to the recipient, you can cancel and get your money back .

​•​Misrouted or Miscredited Funds: If we or our partners send your funds to the wrong account or wrong recipient (a rare error on our side), we will take full responsibility. We will either promptly resend the funds to the correct recipient or refund you fully, and we will work to recover the misrouted funds at our cost. In any case, you will not be out the money due to our mistake.

​•​Method of Refund: Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method and currency that you originally used . For example, if you paid from your bank account, we will credit back to that bank account; if you paid with a credit card, we will issue a credit to that card; if you sent us USDT cryptocurrency, we will attempt to return the equivalent amount of USDT to your wallet (minus any network fees that are non-recoverable, if applicable). We do not, for instance, refund in cash or check for an online card transaction, except if the original method cannot accept a refund (in which case we will work with you on an alternative).

​•​Timing of Refund: Upon agreement or determination that you are owed a refund, we strive to process it immediately. Depending on your payment method, it can take a few hours to a few business days for the refund to reflect. For example, card refunds typically post within 3-5 business days (some faster), bank refunds might take a day or two for the ACH or wire to settle, and crypto refunds depend on blockchain confirmation times. We will give you an estimated timeline when we confirm the refund. You will not be charged any additional fees for processing a refund.

Exceptions: There are certain situations where a refund may be partial or not possible:

​•​If you provided incorrect recipient information and the funds have been irretrievably paid out to that unintended recipient, we cannot guarantee a refund (since the money isn’t in our possession to return). We will support you in attempting recovery, which might involve asking the recipient’s bank for a return of funds, but if those attempts fail, the loss may unfortunately be yours. Always ensure the accuracy of payment details.

​•​If the recipient has already received the funds (especially cash pickups or direct deposits), we cannot recall those funds. At that point the transaction is completed successfully, and no refund is due (even if the recipient was not the intended person due to sender error, as noted above).

​•​If we suspect that the transaction itself is fraudulent or illegal and we are required to hold or surrender funds to law enforcement, we may not be able to refund immediately (or at all) until cleared by the relevant authorities. For example, if we freeze a transfer because we suspect scam or money laundering, and it turns out to indeed be illicit, the funds might be seized by regulators. We will communicate with you in such events, within legal constraints.

​•​Cryptocurrency-specific: If your transaction involved a cryptocurrency (like USDT) and it has been fully executed on the blockchain to the recipient’s address, blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. We can only refund if we still control the crypto (e.g., we haven’t sent it out because the payout is pending or failed). If the crypto was sent to a wrong address you provided and is confirmed on-chain, we likely cannot retrieve it. Thus, crypto senders must be extra cautious; any refund in the crypto context will usually be in fiat equivalent or crypto only if under our custody, depending on the stage of the transaction.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiat2Fiat (including our directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from or related to our services or these . This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages .

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Fiat2Fiat services shall not exceed the amount of fees earned by Fiat2Fiat in connection with your use of the service in the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or CAD $500 (whichever is greater). For example, if you suffer a loss because a transfer was delayed, our liability (if we are at fault) might be to refund any fee you paid and perhaps the interest cost for the delay, but not the entire value of the transfer or any additional losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

Fiat2Fiat does not guarantee that the service will meet all of your expectations or that it will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times . The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis . While we strive for excellence, we make no warranty that the service will be continuous or that any defects will be corrected immediately. However, we will do our best to address issues that arise and maintain service quality.

Nothing in thesetermsshall operate to exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct by Fiat2Fiat, or for any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited (such as certain statutory warranties).

12. Dispute Resolution

Most customer concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting our support team. If you have a dispute with Fiat2Fiat, we encourage you to first reach out to us and seek an amicable resolution.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to thesetermsor your use of the services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and forum specified in Section 13 (Governing Law) below. We both agree to personal jurisdiction in that forum. Waiver of Class Actions: We each waive any right to pursue disputes on a classwide basis; disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis (not consolidated with others) to the extent permitted by law.

(If arbitration or other dispute mechanisms were to be used, they would be described here. As of now, disputes will be handled in courts unless otherwise required by local law or agreed in writing.)

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, shall be governed by the laws of Canada, specifically the federal laws of Canada and the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles . By using our services, you agree that such laws govern, and you expressly agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada (or the Federal Court of Canada, where appropriate) for the resolution of any disputes.

If you are accessing the service from outside Canada, you are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws apply. The use of our service might be subject to mandatory consumer protection or financial services laws in your country of residence; thesetermsdo not override any such mandatory rights you have. Except for those mandatory provisions, you agree that the laws of Canada will apply .

You further agree that any international conventions on contracts for the sale of goods (like the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) do not apply to these services, as it is a provision of financial services.

14. Termination of Service

You may stop using Fiat2Fiat’s services at any time and close your account, subject to settling any pending transactions or obligations. We will process account closure requests promptly, though we may retain certain information as required (see Privacy Policy regarding retention).

Fiat2Fiat may suspend or terminate your access to the service, or terminate thesetermswith respect to you, at any time with notice (which may be emailed to you or provided upon attempt to log in) if: (a) you breach any provision of thesetermsor we have reason to believe you have engaged in prohibited activities; (b) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) we cease to offer the services, or (d) for any other reason in our sole discretion. In the event of termination by us, if you have any pending funds that are not subject to dispute or legal hold, we will return them to you via your bank or original funding method.

Sections of thesetermswhich by their nature should survive termination (such as liabilities, arbitration/choice of law, and our rights to any owed fees) will survive.

15. Changes to 

Fiat2Fiat may amend thesetermsfrom time to time. We will post the revisedtermson our website with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we will provide notice via email or within the service. By continuing to use the services after the effective date of new , you are indicating acceptance of the updated . If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service and may close your account without penalty (any remaining funds will be returned to you).

We encourage you to review thetermsperiodically to ensure you understand the current rules and obligations.

16. Miscellaneous

​•​Entire Agreement: Theseterms(along with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and Fiat2Fiat regarding the use of our services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

​•​Severability: If any provision of thesetermsis found to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of thetermswill remain in full force and effect.

​•​No Waiver: Fiat2Fiat’s failure to enforce any right or provision of thesetermsshall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver is only effective if in writing and signed by our authorized representative.

​•​Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under thesetermswithout our prior written consent. Fiat2Fiat may freely assign thesetermsor delegate any obligations hereunder to any third party, in whole or in part, including in the event of a corporate reorganization, merger, or sale of assets.
